Dotag’s developer Aki Vänskä is familiar to the company via the services provided by Premode Oy as well, so it was only natural to take part in the trial of Dotag since day one.
Renovation ship visits can be really intensive. A large volume of data needs to be collected in a short time and recorded for future use, preferably combining different sources such as pictures and drawings. Dotag is a great benefit to us here. The time taken by reporting and transcribing has been reduced to almost zero, and it is theoretically possible to work on materials at the office while at the same time receiving data from the ship by developing one’s own processes, i.e. projects can be streamlined with Dotag.
